1. Publisher

Zelua is published by FFS Conseil, established in France.

2. What Zelua is

Zelua is software for independent beauty professionals. It provides a calendar, client records, an online booking link, financial tracking, a dashboard, and an AI assistant.

Zelua is available as:

A web app at app.zelua.app
An Android application (app.zelua.app)
An iPhone and iPad application

Zelua is intended for professionals aged 18 and over (B2B). It is not directed at consumers or minors.

3. Account and access

You create one account per professional. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not use Zelua on behalf of a third party without their authorisation.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, engage in abusive conduct, or are inactive for an extended period, after notice where reasonable.

4. Plans and payment

Zelua offers a free tier and paid plans. The features included in each plan are described on zelua.app.

Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are shown excluding tax where applicable. You may change or cancel your plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refund is issued for the remaining days.

We reserve the right to update our pricing. We will give you reasonable advance notice before any price change takes effect on your active plan.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Zelua for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law
Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the service
Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
Use automated means to access or scrape the service without our written consent
Resell or sublicense access to Zelua without our written consent

6. Your data

The client records, appointments, and other professional data you enter into Zelua remain yours. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How we process personal data is described in our Privacy policy at zelua.app/en/privacy/.

7. Intellectual property

Zelua and its design, code, branding, and content are the property of FFS Conseil. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You grant us no rights over the professional data you enter. We use it solely to operate and improve the service for you.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep Zelua available and reliable. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, apply updates, or suspend the service temporarily for operational reasons.

We will try to give you advance notice of planned downtime when reasonably possible.

9. Liability

Zelua is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, FFS Conseil excludes all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

FFS Conseil shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Zelua, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from within the app or by writing to ffsconseil@gmail.com.

We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these terms. Sections 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email or in-app notice before significant changes take effect. Continued use of Zelua after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The version in force is always the one published on this page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
